Nicole López Luque works with our firm’s Intellectual Property Department, where she devotes most of her time advising and representing clients in filing for trademark, patent, design registrations, copyrights, defending IP registration rights, and providing support on IP litigation. Nicole has a Law and Political Sciences degree from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua and a Master of Industrial Property, Intellectual Property and Information Technologies (LL.M. IP & IT) from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Spain. Nicole has earned significant experience defending IP rights of our clients before the Customs Authority and the Colon Free Trade Zone Authority.
On several occasions, she has been invited by the National University of Panama as a speaker on conferences related to Copyright issues.
She is currently a member of the Panamanian Association of Intellectual Property (APADEPI).
