Rodrigo A. Moreno Jr. is a Partner in our Corporate and Commercial Department, co-heads our Intellectual Property Department, and co-leads our Tax practice.
Rodrigo specializes in advising clients on shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures, corporate governance, intellectual property and taxation law. His expertise covers managing the representation of clients in diverse industries, ranging from the oil and energy sector, ports, real estate, hospitality, developers, to health industry and pharmaceutical companies.
