Roberto is a partner in our Commercial Department and plays a pivotal role in supporting clients with their day-to-day business operations. His expertise extends to providing advice oncomplex transactions, including financing and the purchase or sale of significant market players.
Roberto regularly collaborates with local and international banks, financial institutions, and funds. His skill set allows him to oversee due diligence processes in financial transactions, represent both creditors and debtors in project financing, and advise multinational companies on their active and passive operations.
