Enna is a Partner in the Labor and Immigration Law Departments.
She is dedicated to assisting our clients in labor and immigration matters. Enna attends to their daily needs in these areas and provides support in complex cases, such as the processing of work and residence permits, as well as representation in labor and immigration litigation.
She has an outstanding academic background, having graduated with honors Summa Cum Laude in Law and Political Science from the Universidad Católica Santa MarÃa la Antigua in 1983. In 1990, he obtained a Master of Laws from the University of Michigan.
Enna actively participates in professional associations. She is an active member of the National Bar Association and the University of Michigan Alumni Association. Additionally, she has contributed to the educational community as a member of the Board of Directors of the International School of Panama between 1998 and 2002.
Owing to her extensive experience, Enna was appointed as a judge of the Inter-American Development Bank Administrative Tribunal between 1999 and 2004.
Enna, one of AFRA's most experienced attorneys, assists her clients with all kinds of labor matters. Her experience includes individual and collective disputes, union matters, preparation and review of employment contracts, and generally, day-to-day labor issues handled with proper planning and strategy.
In addition to labor matters, Enna offers advice to clients with immigration needs, which includes obtaining work permits for foreigners, immigration processes, visas, and principal and dependent residencies.
