Ana Cristina is an Associate in the firm's Commercial Department and actively participates in our tax practice.
It is dedicated to providing assistance to international corporate clients operating in Panama. Its experience includes advising on a wide range of commercial transactions, acquisitions, obtaining regulatory permits, registrations in special zones, real estate, and procedures before government entities.
Furthermore, Ana Cristina offers strategic advice on corporate formation and frequently collaborates on due diligence processes carried out by our clients.
Skillfully represents our clients before various entities, including the Multinational Companies Headquarters, the Panama Pacifico Agency, the Colon Free Zone, the Gaming Control Board, the Secretariat of Energy, the Ministry of Commerce and Industries, among others.
He dedicates a significant part of his time to addressing tax queries, such as tax compliance, incentive laws, and special economic areas.
