Alfredo is a Partner in the Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Banking and Insurance Departments.
He is dedicated to assisting clients with a wide range of legal needs, including litigation and project financing.
His expertise encompasses advising on capital markets, regulated industries, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution.
Additionally, Alfredo has a distinguished track record in leadership roles. He served as a Board Member of the Panama Canal Authority from 2000 to 2013. He also participated in the Presidential Advisory Commission on banking legislation and the amendments to constitutional titles related to the Panama Canal. Currently, he is a member of the Board of Directors of Banesco, S.A.
