Alfredo is a Partner of the firm, and is a member of the Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions Departments, and the Banking and Insurance Department.
He is dedicated to assisting clients with a wide range of legal needs, including litigation and project financing.
Her experience spans capital markets counseling, regulated industries, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution.
In addition, Alfredo has an outstanding track record in leadership roles. He served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Panama Canal Authority from 2000 to 2013. He also participated in the Presidential Advisory Commission on banking legislation and in the amendments to the constitutional titles related to the Panama Canal. Currently, he is a member of the Board of Directors of Banesco, S.A.
