Our partner Carolina Arias and our Compliance Manager Evelyn Moreno participated, representing ALFARO, FERRER & RAMIREZ (BVI) LIMITED, in the recent Meet the Regulator forum: “From Policy to Practice”, organized by the BVI Financial Services Commission (FSC) in Panama City.
During this meeting, we maintained a direct and constructive dialogue with the regulator on issues critical to current corporate governance, including:
