Roberto is a partner in our Commercial Department and plays a fundamental role in supporting clients with their day-to-day commercial operations. His expertise extends to providing advice on complex transactions, including financing and the purchase or sale of significant players in the market.
Roberto collaborates regularly with local and international banks, financial institutions, and funds. His skill set enables him to oversee due diligence processes in financial transactions, represent both creditors and debtors in project financing, and advise multinational companies on their active and passive operations.
