AFRA advises Hogar Bolívar on the 2026 Minimum Wage adjustments

Alfaro, Ferrer & Ramirez | Providing legal services

Staying updated on labor regulations is crucial for the proper functioning of any organization. Therefore, recently our partner, Juan Gabriel Gonzalez S, made a special visit to Bolívar Nursing Home.

During the morning session, our partner had the opportunity to share relevant and detailed information about the new minimum wage adjustments 2026 in the Republic of Panama.

Pro Bono Commitment and Legal Education

This activity is part of AFRA ESG's commitment to social responsibility and practice Pro Bono. We understand our profession not only as a commercial service, but as a tool to support valuable institutions in our community.

The talk was aimed at the sisters and administrative staff of the Home, who were able to resolve doubts and update themselves on these key labor issues for their internal management.

From AFRA, we sincerely appreciate the space provided and the genuine interest shown by the sisters of the Bolívar Home to undergo training and comply with current regulations.

«We continue to drive initiatives that combine our legal expertise with our social commitment (ESG).»
