Francisco is a Partner in the Labor Department.
He specializes in providing expert legal advice to our clients in the field of labor law. Francisco assists clients with their day-to-day needs in this area and provides support in complex matters, such as the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements and representation in labor litigation.
Francisco has extensive experience in various areas of labor law, including dismissals, disciplinary actions, workplace harassment, and mobbing. In addition, he is well-versed in matters related to occupational hazards, such as pensions, retirement, and disabilities.
In addition to his advisory work, Francisco works closely with employers and employees, providing comprehensive guidance on all labor aspects, from the drafting to the negotiation of employment agreements, as well as in the implementation of measures to guarantee a fair work environment in compliance with current legislation.
